12 Month FTC Receptionist

Working as part of a reception team on a Fixed Term Contract, based in a financial company with a busy and fast paced environment

Client Details

My client are a global leader in financial trading, based in the city of London, in a highly corporate and fast paced building. They are now looking to bring on a new member to join their wonderful reception team to act as the front of house and customer service Representative.

Description

The key responsibilities of this role are;

• Welcoming all incoming visitors, providing A-class customer service
• Ensuring the reception area is presentable at all times
• Managing the switchboard, ensuring all calls are answered and delegated to the right person
• Provide support with managing the meeting room diaries and ensure the rooms are well kept and presentable
• Liaise across different departments to ensure all equipment is present for any meetings
• Ensure reception contact documents are kept up to date
• Process stationary orders for staff and ensure stocks are kept up to date
• Order taxis and private car hire when necessary for visitors or staff
• Provide administration support to staff with printing and copying documentation

Profile

The successful candidate will require;

• Previous experience working at a corporate reception is essential
• Experience working as a front of house Representative
• Skilled with a switch board system (Cisco or similar)
• Skilled in Microsoft suite applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service experience
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible
• Dependable and teamwork orientated
• High attention to detail

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be paid between 28,000 and 30,000 depending on experience level. This Fixed Term Contract will include additional benefits relative to my client and gives the candidate an opportunity to work in a fast paced and busy atmosphere with a team of wonderful people for a 12 month period.
