HR Manager – Media Research Consultancy! 12 month contract – April 2019 start

A fantastic opportunity for an HR Manager/Senior Generalist to join this award winning independent media research consultancy. Based in light, airy, warehouse style offices in Farringdon the culture is academic yet laid back with a focus on positive well being and focus on diversity and inclusion.

Our Client is looking for a proactive, hands on and enthusiastic People Manager. This is a stand alone role reporting directly in to the Chief Executive. You will be responsible for People strategy, employee relations management, recruitment, training and development, policies, processes and administration across the business. You will have regular contact with the heads of all Group Businesses.

Specifically you will coordinate the recruitment process, coordinate all generalist duties, undertake all People development duties including training, implementing initiatives to enter awards, compliance, manage staff surveys and handle GDPR.

You are degree educated with experience of HR Law, Practices and Administration, excellent stakeholder communication skills and superb ambassadiorial and people skills. A Media background would be helpful. 5 years experience preferred.
