If you are looking to forge a career in the world of human resources, then this is the most amazing opportunity.  My client, a hugely renowned property developer, is looking to recruit a personnel administrator to join their really friendly HR team. 

You will enjoy fantastic exposure to all HR generalist issues and your duties will include getting involved in recruitment, liaising with agencies, organising and conducting interviews etc, as well as minuting meetings, attending and minuting disciplinaries, chasing references, organising the staff recognition ceremony and focus groups, as well as general admin duties such as ordering stationery, holiday and sickness etc. 

The ideal candidate will either have a degree in Human Resources or be studying for their CIPD and will have a real ambition to grow their career further.  The prospects are fantastic for the right person here.  You should have some good solid administrative experience already, ideally gained within a corporate organisation, probably within an HR department although this is not essential, and you should have excellent IT skills, a professional outlook and be a real team player, prepared to go the extra mile.
