A successful insurance company based in the City require an immediately available HR/Payroll Administrator to join a small team for an ongoing assignment.

You will be reporting into the HR Director and will be providing payroll services and preparing correspondence.

This is a stand alone role and you will be involved in the following:-

- Prepare changes and run the payroll report ready to send to the outsourced payroll team

- Maintain the employee database

- Uploading information onto the in-house HR system

- Conduct staff surveys

- Prepare reports and undertake projects

It is essential that you have:-

- Experience of working in a similar role

- CIPD Qualified or equivalent (desirable)

- Payroll preparation experience

- Attention to detail

- Confident working in a small team and being alone at times
