Tiger Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a tech start up who are designing a product which will revolutionise the architect landscape.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a brand-new role where you will be managing around 50 active accounts through the journey of using this product. Due to this being a start-up, the scope for development and growth within the role is exponential. Duties include:
  • Liaising with clients on a daily basis
  • Training new accounts on the product to enhance their experience as a user
  • Collating feedback to help the product development team to improve the product.
  • Assisting the content manager to create articles to publish within product communities/forums
  • Increasing revenue from account by offering extra services.
  • Attending events to represent the company
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have two-three years’ experience within either a construction, property, architecture or working in a SAAS environment.

Essential requirements:
  • 2-3 years’ experience liaising with clients and building strong commercial relationships
  • Experience in tech start up or construction, property, architecture
  • Proactive nature
  • Good use of initiative
  • Efficient problem solver
Desired requirements:
  • A university degree
  • Strong knowledge within technology
