Our client is an established boutique company based in the heart of the West End. They have recently moved in to an amazing new space with a great environment and office culture that really focuses on a work/life balance. This is a unique opportunity to provide support to the heads of the company and get stuck in with the day to day running of the office. This is a wonderful group of individuals who are seeking someone to muck in and become a central member of the team.
The role
This position will involve general administration for the office as well as proactive support for senior members of the team. This is a varied role comprised of the typical duties of EA and Office manager.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a hard working and professional attitude. Our client is looking for someone who is highly organised and proactive in everything they do. Having confidence and a keen eye for detail will aid your success in this position as well as having a team spirited outlook.

The role

- Extensive diary management
- Managing meetings
- Dealing with clients and VIPS
- General admin, filing & correspondence
- Expenses
- Overseeing the smoothing running of the office
- Managing starter and leaving processes
- Management of external suppliers
The Candidate:

Experience:
- University graduate or graduate level
- Ability to prioritise
- Demonstrable EA experience at a senior level
- Previous Office Manager experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Advance Microsoft office
