THE ROLE: Reporting in to the HR Manager this role will encompass all generalist assistant responsibilities from Learning and Development and Recruitment to Employee Relations.
- Ensuring that all HR administration is conducted effectively
- Completion of a timely appraisal and personal development plan
- Advice clients on HR policies and practices
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries
- Monitor employee absence
THE PERSON: The successful candidate will ideally be CIPD qualified and have a good level of HR Generalist experience. Strong project management experience will also be an advantage. You must have proven ability to develop simplified and efficient business processes.
