A dynamic non-for-profit membership organisation is seeking an exceptional HR Advisor to join their friendly and close-knit team.
My client is an independent membership organisation that works to promote and develop university-business collaboration nationally. They are a team of around 20-30 bright self-starters who initially will require support more intensively for a period of time, but the role has potential to become an ongoing, part-time position. This can be flexible for the right candidate.
As HR Advisor, your primary focus will be surrounding staff recruitment; training/development and overall nurturing. You will work closely with the CEO, looking at retaining talent, job evaluations and advising on all HR matters and strategies.
Further duties will cover relationship management, improvements of current practices and providing advice and guidance on policies. You will also be involved in staff events.
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and a graduate, plus significant relevant experience in an advisory role, preferably within the not-for-profit/charity world.
You will be an excellent communicator and recognise the opportunities that come working within a small, yet forward-thinking organisation. You will have excellent computer skills, high attention to detail and be a multitasker.
Salary and working hours are dependant on each candidate’s situation/expectation. Please let me know your thoughts and a suitable time for us to speak over the phone if you’re interest to know more.
