This cutting-edge Agency specialises in providing growth strategy and creative execution to many leading Companies and Brands.  They are currently looking to recruit an EA to support their Managing Director. 

The company is winning awards, growing and going from strength to strength and expanding their projects across the world.  The role is diverse and will see you, among other things, assisting with Delivery, Client Services, Commercial elements and Strategy.

This is an extremely busy role and duties will include:-

• Diary Management for MD
• Ad hoc support for the 4 person Exec team
• Acting as a key point of contact between the Agency and key Clients
• Proactively researching and implementing what needs to be done for upcoming client meetings
• Budget tracking and management
• Booking internal and external meetings
• Creating and assisting with Presentations
• Helping with recruiters and candidates
• Overseeing parties, events etc.
• Ad hoc team support when required
