Your role

As the proactive and well organised Executive Assistant in this role, you will be responsible for this on the go Managing Director's back to back calendar. Your professional attitude will be a fantastic asset as you liaise with Board Directors and external clients on a day to day basis. Your attention to detail will be necessary as you proof important documentation and contracts for your MD. Be the go-to for the team and assist with the overflow of administration that needs to be done. With no two days the same with this role, it will allow you really make it your own.

Daily activities

• Calendar and inbox management
• Documentation and contract proofing
• Team administration
• Client liaising
• Travel coordination
• Presentations and attending meetings

Your skills & expertise

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience within the finance industry
• Advanced Microsoft office skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fantastic attention to detail
