Your role

As the corporate receptionist, you will be the first point of contact, meeting all guests and clients with your professional and friendly personality. You will be answering a busy main line and directing all calls to the appropriate person as well as managing the main email for the business.  Your proactive nature and strong attention to detail will ensure that all the boardrooms are kept to the highest of standards. Assist with the expenses for the team as well as assist with the banking when needed. This is a fantastic 6-month opportunity!
