As Executive Assistant to a Senior Director, you will become responsible for all the traditional tasks such as diary and meeting management, international travel planning and of course being the first point of contact and representative for the Director. A pivotal person within the team, you will be good at building strong working relationships so that you can ensure that you are up to date with all colleagues and external partners.

A key point to note, is that this role is not a one to one support role. You will become a central part of this Director’s team, planning all events and off-sites, helping team members with travel and supporting your colleagues as you work towards a common goal.

There will be project work and ad-hoc administrative tasks to tackle, so you should be someone who likes variation and ideally someone with a thirst for knowledge.
