We have just taken on a fantastic but rare opportunity for a senior EA to join one of the world’s leading private equity firms. They have 150 employees in London, based in their amazing offices in the heart of Mayfair.

The role

We are looking for an experienced EA to support two senior and prominent MDs within the business.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Managing busy diaries

Booking extensive international travel

Expenses

Various ad hoc administrative tasks

The candidate

The ideal EA must be someone who isn’t afraid to come in and hit the ground running. At this firm, they have a very collaborative admin team of 28 EAs who work extremely hard and have a muck in approach, no task is too big or small so a team player is a must! Experience working within private equity is essential and you should be comfortable working in a similar fast-paced environment.
