A great opportunity for an experienced EA to work for an exciting, mid-sized company based in Mayfair. Our client is an international Venture Capital firm with a great working culture.
The roleYou will be joining this entrepreneurial firm to support the Founder / CEO, assisting with running his day to day business life. The role will predominantly be traditional with some variety as you will be getting involved in the events side of the business. Daily responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Managing busy diariesBooking international travelExpensesHelping with eventsPreparing documents for meetingsVarious ad hoc duties
The candidateThe successful PA will have an extremely good eye for detail and be confident, intuitive and willing to learn. They must be able to think on their feet and be articulate with proven experience in a similar role. A Swedish speaker would be beneficial but not essential.
