This progressive and successful international law firm have a brand new opening for a General/Facilities Office Assistant to provide back office support – encompassing all areas of operations.

 

Reporting daily to the Facilities Manager, the main tasks and responsibilities will include:-

 

·        Printing, photocopying and scanning

 

·        Covering reception – meeting and greeting clients, answering switchboard

 

·        Supporting the Facilities department in delivery of post, organising couriers, running errands outside the office as required

 

·        Helping to set up and clear down of meeting rooms

 

·        Back up support when clients are visiting the office

 

·        Archiving across all support areas

 

·        Back up support to the Finance department for ad hoc tasks such as processing expenses and assisting with billing

 

·        Co-ordinating/arranging travel for various members of staf

 

·        Other ad hoc admin duties – as and when required
