KMK are excited to be working with a Global Beauty Brand who is looking for an experience in-house recruiter to join there expanding brand based in their stunning and newly refurbished West End office. Following global growth across the world, exceptional product innovation this company is ranked within the Fast Track Top 100 fastest-growing British companies of 2018. Due to this continuous growth they are looking for a talented Recruitment Partner with expertise across generalist business functions to join their growing Talent Acquisition Team.
As a Recruitment Partner you will drive the full recruitment cycle ensuring an excellent candidate experience as well as providing expert business partnering and stake holder management. You will also be involved in embedding the employer Brand vision and ensuring that thye have the selection engine in place to hire the very best talent in the industry to this growing and revolutionary business.
The Person
You must be familiar with a start up environment, ideally with high volume recruitment, have proven impact and influence skills and track record of successfully engaging with senior leaders to drive the recruitment strategy
· Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience in working effectively in a global context
· Flexible and adaptable style, can easily recruit across different functions at different levels
· The successful candidate will need to have first class interpersonal skills, to liaise with internal stake holders to director level, as well as interviewing candidates face to face, via video and telephone
· Experience managing the full recruitment life cycle from inception to completion including social media, marketing, advertising, interviewing
· Proven track record in a in house recruitment role
· Sourcing – demonstrate understanding of, and a track record in, utilising creative and effective methods to source quality candidates directly, as well as the confidence, organisation and interpersonal skill to be able to approach passive candidates for roles
· Personal Organisation – You will possess excellent organisational skills and will be disciplined in managing a high volume workload which will include the full end-to-end recruitment process
· You will be an outstanding communicator who is adept at forging long-standing, productive relationships at all levels within the business. You will focus on quality and hiring manager / candidate experience to ensure that all our customers receive a first class service
