My client, a well-known and highly reputable branding and creative agency, with people at its very heart, and an outstanding portfolio of clients and projects, is looking for a brilliant EA! This exciting agency is looking for a forward thinking Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to the Chairman and Chief Creative Officer.
As EA, you day-day will involve acting as the first point of contact for Chairman and CCO, interacting with executive and senior management and maintaining close relationships with clients and studios worldwide. You will deal with all traditional duties such as complex diary management, inbox management, planning extensive international travel, expenses and meeting rooms. You will also manage multiple projects alongside the standard EA duties so should be comfortable problem solving and have top class organisation skills.
The ideal candidate for this role, will have previous experience as a senior PA or EA (C-suite) from within an agency/creative environment. You will have experience planning complex travel itineraries alongside being able to work across international time zones. As a PA, you will be mature and effective with great communication skills both written and verbal. You will also be able to priorities in an ever-changing environment and have the ability to react quickly and efficiently to changing priorities. This role calls for a born relationship builder who takes the role seriously and cares about doing the role to the highest possible standards!
