Temporary PA Mat cover

We are actively seeking a talented private equity PA to join our client; a hugely successful PE firm based in St James’ with a fantastic team of PAs and great support for their employees. This role is a 9-month maternity contract with a strong chance of being extended.

The role is largely traditional so you must be happy working in a challenging but focused role and have proven experience working with busy and ever-changing diaries and travel itineraries. Things change at the drop of a hat at this firm, so you must have a cool head in a crisis and always instil confidence in your team.
For this role where you will be supporting a small team at varying levels, we are keen to see candidates with a track record of effectively gauging priorities and juggling several tasks at once.
In return, they pay £22ph plus holiday pay as well as paid lunch allowance and not to mention a great team environment! Their core hours are 9-6pm.
