LMA Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a strong, energetic Lettings Administrator to join a leading Property Agent based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to join a strong brand within a progressive role.

The successful candidate will carry out the following duties:

  • Client/Applicant queries and enquiries both over the telephone and face to face
  • Processing and tracking of lettings applications and other documentation
  • Coordination of property inspections
  • Processing references and credit checks
  • Updating property portals and the property database
  • Assisting with quotes
  • Liaising with Landlords, solicitors and Vendors
  • Running money laundering and credit checks
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Lettings team
  • Ad hoc reception cover
  • Marketing, promotions and communications
  • Updating the company website

Key skills/qualifications:

  • Previous experience within a Lettings/Property Administrator role
  • A strong telephone manner/excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organisational and Customer Service skills
  • Strong MS office skills inclusive of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent time management and reliability
  • Attention to detail
