Junior Call Handler – commercial banking project

Our client is seeking Junior Call Handlers to join a financial review project based in Manchester.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls from banking customers
• Collate documentation and complete due diligence checks
• Log and allocate cases for final review
• Update in-house systems with case review notes
• Liaise with investigations team and senior managers
• Adhere to policies and FCA guidelines
• Provide recommendations and fair outcome is achieved for all parties.

Requirements:

• University degree is a prerequisite
• Minimum of 2 years Call Handling experience.
• Experience working in a customer service based role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast paced, target orientated environment.
• Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the operation.

This is a full time contract role, three months – ongoing, based in Manchester.
