An exciting Executive Assistant role has arisen for someone with EA or PA experience already under their belt, supporting a charming Managing Director. This is a family run business in smart offices, based in the West End. The client is a long standing and highly successful creative company with a focus in the film industry. Impeccable diary management skills as well as confidence in booking and arranging international travel plans are vital. You would also be coordinating with an events team for some prestigious industry parties. You should be able to stay calm and think on your feet in a fast paced environment, with an enthusiastic and positive outlook.
