An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join a Leading Global Law Firm working for the client direct.

They are a highly successful firm providing clients with a wide range of business advice on all commercial matters.

You will need to have AT LEAST 1 year experience working as a Corporate Receptionist in a Global Organisation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Ensure all reception and helpdesk(s) procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Assist with all meeting room related requests and bookings in an efficient and timely manner
  • Conduct regular room checks to ensure all rooms are set/reset for upcoming meetings
  • Reporting any queries to relevant departments and follow up
  • Daily diary management
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as directed
  • Assisting with Facilities Helpdesk
  • Must be able to set up telephone/video conferences when requested
  • Ensure clear communication with any task

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have at least one year experience as a corporate receptionist, with meeting room management, dealing with a minimum of 12 rooms
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work hard and keep calm under pressure
  • Ability to work within a large team
  • Use of own initiative
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Understanding of business systems (Microsoft Office)
  • Experience of using room booking services
  • Must be able to work shift patterns
