A quintessentially British company, that still carries it’s family heritage and remains world famous, is looking for a highly capable, bright and personable Office Manger to join a small, but fun and creative team. The company offers beautifully modern and quirky offices, in an open plan work space. The Office Manager must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. The position is a 12-month fixed term contract with a view to going permanent. This is a varied role which will include managing; office procurement, systems and services, maintenance, contracts and negotiations, suppliers, meeting and greeting, H&S, IT, scheduling meetings, event management, travel and more. The Office Manager must be super organised, with a high attention to detail, proactive and tech savvy. In addition to a lovely working environment, the role offers you the chance to really get involved in the business and have a large amount of responsibility. The client is looking for a team player who is ready to muck in wherever needed.
