Mandarin Speaking Administrator

Morgan McKinley's London Office Support team are recruiting for a Mandarin speaking Administrator to work within a very well established Accountancy & Tax firm based in North West London. The Mandarin speaking Administrator job will provide administrative support to the tax team as well as ad hoc duties.

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09 - 17

Duties and responsibilities of the Mandarin speaking Tax Administrator:

Assisting with the set up of new clients Organising meetings Preparation and submission of forms and reports Diary management and booking appointmentsMaintaining the teams training log Organising webinars Drafting letters to clients Assistance with the billing process, monitoring WIPAssisting with managing the Personal Tax client listRequesting online authorisation from HMRCAssisting with organising internal and external communications, mail merges and email merges.Dealing with client correspondence and sending out tax returns Assisting with the billing process Setting up clients on the tax systemPreparation of monthly tax reports, new client reports and Tax Return progress reportsMonitoring and responding to client emails and post

Key skills required for the Admin Assistant role:

Ideally some admin experience, working in a similar roleFluent in Mandarin Good IT knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisation skills
