Bilingual Recruitment Consultant

A Bilingual Recruitment Consultant with fluency in either of the following languages: Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Dutch or German is urgently needed to join our well established and expanding Permanent team. Quality is central to our service and you will instinctively engage with colleagues, clients and candidates to deliver the best possible recruitment service with empathy and integrity. Working within a multilingual environment, you will be required to source a range of candidates for existing clients and through networking and smart business development, add new clients to the fold.

Language Matters delivers recruitment excellence across a broad range of disciplines and industries. We recruit professionals with languages from junior to executive level, including sales/marketing and market research, banking, finance, PA/secretaries, customer services and helpdesk personnel amongst others. Clients range from global multinationals to niche start-ups. Variety is guaranteed with such a diverse range of clients and candidates to meet!
A background in Sales is required, preferably from within the recruitment sector but we are flexible and can offer excellent training for the right person. Profile

• Fluency in either of the following languages is mandatory: Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Dutch or German
• Additional fluency in English, written and spoken
• Experience in a business development, sales or client facing role is essential
• Experience of recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition is highly preferred
• Strong closing skills, evidence of sales success is essential
• Motivated and determined
• Persuasive with strong influencing skills
• Confident and articulate
• Good fun to work with to fit in with our friendly team.
