Employee Relations - HR - Temporary - c£19-c£20 per hour

Our client is looking for a HR professional who has proven experience dealing with complex employee relation issues. The post holder will be tasked with supporting the HR function, providing advice and support across the organisation. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure a consistent HR experience, building and maintaining relationships.

You will also be responsible for the on boarding process for new starters. The successful candidate will be educated to degree standard or equivalent, with proven experience in a similar role dealing with grievance and disciplinaries. Knowledge of up to date UK employment law as well as excellent attention to detail and communication skills are essential.
