Investor Relations Manager

One of the UK’s leading independent investment banking and institutional stockbroking firms is looking for an organised and experienced Manager/Associate to join their IR team.

This role is responsible for the delivery of an exceptional service to their corporate clients and institutional investors. You will have previous experience planning and delivering complex, multi-destination roadshows in a fast paced environment and be able to hit the road running!

Responsibilities

• End to end delivery of Roadshows, AGMs and Sector Conferences
• Focused investor targeting and feedback
• Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients and institutional investors
• Develop & implement investor relations programs/IR planners for corporate clients
• Liaison with other advisors & PR companies
• Preparation and distribution of all marketing collateral
• All relevant administration, feedback and updating of IR databases

Requirements

• FCA Approved preferred
• Previous experience within an IR /Roadshow team
• Excellent relationship management and communications skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines
• Meticulous attention to detail and team spirited
