We are looking to recruit an exceptional HR Manager with experience in the High-end Interior Design Industry. Salary DOE!

This high-profile luxury Architectural Interior Design studio of 50 people, based in a beautiful studio in Fulham delivers world class projects across the Hospitality, Retail, Residential and Maritime sectors is looking for an experienced HR Manager.

HR MANAGER EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong Employment Law knowledge and HR Manager experience
  • Experience in dealing with Employee Relationship issues and bringing harmony to the studio
  • Commercial approach to Human Resources
  • Experience in adding value as both an individual contributor and active team member
  • Ability to develop rapport quickly with individuals across the Studio
  • Experience gained within an Interiors or Architectural Studio or similar industry
  • CIPD qualified

HR Manager Salary and benefits are very competitive and will be based on candidate experience.
