We are working with one of London’s leading Urban Design and Planning consultancies to find a highly skilled, enthusiastic and dedicated PA to support one of their Directors as well as assisting the wider team. With their success comes considerable growth and increase in the need for top notch support to ensure they continue to run smoothly and build on their success. Based in funky City of London offices, you will join an incredibly friendly, down-to-earth and trendy team, and become and integral part of culture of the wider office.

This role will suit a well organised, sociable and hardworking candidate with an eye for detail and a creative flair. There is certainly room to grow in this position, as the scope of work is ever growing to the opportunities with this practice are endless.

Responsibilities include:

  • Management of the Directors diary, as well as managing the practice diary ensuring it is up to date with meetings and locations.
  • Inbox management, prioritising and drafting responses to requests and archiving as appropriate.
  • Preparation of meeting packs, presentations, agendas and documentation.
  • Assisting the project team and Director with materials required for project meetings
  • Managing both incoming and outgoing written correspondence
  • Ensuring project teams are informed of internal meetings and schedules for the week
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Following up on actions and to-do-lists to ensure the Director is on top of tasks
  • Ensuring the office space is tidy and an enjoyable environment for the wider team and guests
  • Supporting the Studio Manager in day to day ad-hoc tasks
  • Assisting with the coordination of recruitment, including collating CVs and scheduling interviews

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum one years’ industry experience working in a similar position.
  • Hardworking, organised and efficient
  • Positive, proactive and eager for a challenge
  • Personable friendly and sociable
  • Flexible and happy to ‘muck in’ when required
  • IT literate
  • Excellent checkable references
