City of London based Finance company is looking for a talented professional Russian speaking Office Assistant/Receptionist for a 12 month contract who thrives in a fast-paced, positive, financial environment, and has a desire to continually improve services.

Description
The duties for this is a 12 month contract for a Russian Speaking Office Assistant/Receptionist
First point of contact for all guest and incoming calls;
Coordinate and prepare internal and external client meetings, book meeting rooms, arrange video conferences
Prepare and distribute meetings documentation as and when required;
Update office visitors information; up-to-date record keeping; prepare access control reports for monitoring purposes as and when required;
Stationery and beverage ordering, stock checking and re-stocking of supplies;
Liaison with confidential shredding waste service provider
Data entry, photocopying, scanning, presentation printing and binding;
Company documentation archiving;
Assist with preparation of expenses reports in accordance with company travel and expenses policy;
Prepare weekly and monthly summary updates for the manager.
Assist colleagues with organisation of special events and road-shows;
Minute taking (ad-hoc, on-job training will be given
Arrange international travel, accommodation and transfers;
Assist with visa application process following company procedures and guidelines;

Effective planning, organising and time management skills
Confident telephone manner
Fluent English and Russian Speaker
Attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
Ability to analyse problems and deliver effective solutions
Ability to quickly grasp new systems and concepts
Ability to co-ordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
Consistency in maintaining and delivering quality work
A self-starter & able to work autonomously
Computer literate (MS Office, Outlook)
Able to work within a small team
Job Offer
This is a Russian speaking Office Assistant/Receptionist for a City of London based finance firm on a 12 month contract for which you will need to be bilingual and immediately available or on a weeks' notice or less, the role is offering a salary of up to £26,000 - £28,000 dependant on skills
