An amazing opportunity exists for a sophisticated Advertising PA with 2 years + Media Agency experience to join this global creative agency with the coolest offices and most high profile client list in London.

We are looking for an experienced PA with Media (preferably Advertising) to support an extremely driven and passionate CEO.

You will offer a complete 360 PA service - being his right hand man, undertaking his diary management, travel and all other secretarial tasks to support his fast-paced and often spontaneous work schedule.

You will be a confident, polished, well spoken, articulate and media savvy PA with a warmth and energy that is second to none. You will be a proactive self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You will be highly efficient and professional. Common sense, attention to detail and the ability to ‘hit the ground running’ is essential.  You will have experience supporting high level and senior members of staff, and be able to remain calm, cool and collected in high-pressured situations.

You will be incredibly comfortable and confident with using MAC and MS Office.
