Our client, an independent entrepreneurial professional services company with interests in multiple business ventures, including an Accountancy Practice, located in a prime location in W1 are seeking a Personal Assistant to join their friendly and dynamic team.

Supporting the Founding Partner and Partners with diary management, mailbox management, document production including dictation, meeting organisation, national and international travel arrangements, planning team socials and client networking events, Personal PA duties including paying bills, trips/holidays to restaurant bookings, covering for the Receptionist/Office Manager as a team unit, meeting & greeting executives/HNW’s and supporting with CRM updates and client billings including taking payments and producing reports.

To be successful for this opportunity you will have great attention to detail, having strong spelling and punctuation skills and a strong and accurate typing speed, come from a similar PA background, be incredibly organised and methodical, flexible, hardworking and driven to succeed. Strong interpersonal skills and experiences of liaising with senior members of staff to HNW’s with ease is a must.
