A global insurance company is looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a 12 month temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for posting expenses into SAP, expense analysis for tax purposes, system and balance sheet reconciliations and using the purchasing system. You will be adaptable and friendly with at least 2+ years experience with the general ledger system.

Responsibilities:

  • Posting personal & vendor expenses in SAP
  • Preparing weekly vendor payment run
  • AP queries with employees & vendors
  • Categorising legal and consulting entries for tax purposes
  • Monitoring/reconciling monthly travel expenditure
  • Processing invoices for various departments
  • Posting entries on the general ledger system
  • System to system and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Ensuring that all transactions are completely and accurately recorded

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 2 years + experience with general ledger system
  • Reconciliation experience, both system to system and balance sheet
  • Ability to work with a variety of people
  • Strong organisational skills
