Description
Key responsibilities for the Customer Services Manager - Service Provider - South-West London include:
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times, adhering to company guidelines
- Monitoring staff productivity through KPIs to improve retention
- Responsible for start-up and termination of customers
- Build and develop new customer relationships
- Focus on solutions to customer issues within mandate
- Coach and train the team to ensure everybody is performing to competent levels
- Operational improvements on New Business and Quotes process and procedures
- Identify and implement opportunities for problem prevention
- Take responsibility for credit monitoring with shared service
Profile
The successful Customer Services Manager - Service Provider - South-West London will be/will have:
- At least 2 years experience working within a similar role
- Line management experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience within the hospitality space is preferred but not essential
- Proven ability to work using initiative
- Previous experience working with national accounts
- Strong decision making/problem solving skills
- Highly confident across the MS office suite, intermediate in Excel
- Confident individual with strong leadership skills
Job Offer
The successful Customer Services Manager - Service Provider - South-West London will have access to:
- A salary of up to £42,000 (depending on experience)
