An ambitious and involving opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to support a bright and cohesive team within a boutique Executive Search organisation. The individual will be working alongside the two Directors and will manage the daily running of the office. This lovely role will allow the candidate lots of opportunity to be fully involved with various project work as the business expands.

This lovely role will be most suited to a tenacious and dependable individual who enjoys autonomy and has strong organisational skills. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overall running of the office 
  • General PA duties to support two Directors
  • Day-to-day and monthly book keeping and management of expenses 
  • Generating and sending all placement invoices 
  • Producing internal and external documents, training manuals, pitch documents
  • CV formatting 
  • Managing team and client events 
  • Managing placement paperwork 
  • Sourcing and helping with assignments 

Who we are looking for:

  • Ideally the company is looking for someone with 3 years’ experience in an office management / administration role
  • Business savvy 
  • Flexible and adaptable 
  • Confident positive style 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word and Outlook 
  • An individual who is confident in shaping a role, making it their own and putting in processes and systems
