Our client, an established boutique Hedge Fund in beautiful offices based in the West End, is now growing and looking to recruit a proactive Receptionist/Admin Asst to provide seamless support  (hours: 8am-17:30pm)

Responsibilities

  • Answering all incoming calls promptly, screening and taking accurate messages
  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Booking and preparing meeting rooms and refreshments
  • Logging all visitors, ensuring all contact records are up to date
  • Receive, sort and distribute post
  • Order and maintain office supplies and stationery
  • Setting up video conferencing and conference calls
  • General administrative duties, filing photocopying
  • Providing support to Office Manager/PA
  • Assist with diary, travel and expenses

Requirements

  • Previous Reception experience
  • Well-presented and spoken
  • ‘Hands-on’ flexible approach
  • Organised with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
