Great opportunity for an experienced and energetic Team Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a niche, new venture team within this respected city-based Financial services Firm. You will be a strong communicator and a genuine team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing diaries and inboxes
- Organising meetings and conference calls
- Global and domestic travel arrangements, preparing itineraries including visas
- Preparing and amending range of documentation (reports, presentations, letters and spreadsheets)
- Processing invoices and reconciling expenses
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers
- Ad hoc Project assistance
Requirements
- Previous team-focused PA/Secretarial experience ideally gained within corporate/professional/financial services firm
- Superb MS Office skills
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised and proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Flexible and adaptable – able to use initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player!
