Hub Administrator / Northampton / £9 - £9 / Temp Ongoing, potentially temp to perm

Your new company:
A new opportunity has arisen for our client based at Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton. You will be joining a friendly and busy team, where no two days are the same.

The hours of work for this role are 08 - 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays, from 8am - 4pm.


Your new role :

  • Monitoring phone lines from retail/ distribution sites
  • Assisting with administration duties
  • Committed to following procedures and ensuring tasks are fully completed
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to manage account queries
  • Resolve any issues accurately first time
  • Creation and amendment of team critical reports when required to support the accounts team
  • Resolve stakeholder queries with professionalism and enthusiasm to represent our organisation in a professional light
  • Work as part of a team to maintain exceptional client delivery standards
  • To track and analyse reporting Data.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent communication skills and administration skills
  • Excellent organisation skills with prioritisation management to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Committed to following procedures and ensuring tasks are fully completed
  • Customer service/ support experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Able to work independently to deadlines, at pace and under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft systems to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the Internet
  • Commercial awareness
  • Stakeholder focused approach
  • Flexibility to work 1 weekend in 4
  • A desire for continuous personal and professional development
  • Excellent communication skills and administration skills
  • Excellent organisation skills with prioritisation management to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
