Graduate Administrator

This role is immediately available and presents is a unique opportunity to join a well-established and progressive company based in central London.   

Graduate Administrator Responsibilities:

Working in a team with 8 other administrators and reporting in to the Admin Team Leader, you will be working closely with the Consultants and the wider business. The team ethos is that everyone works together and gets stuck in where needed, meaning that you will need to have a flexible approach and receptive to various duties. In this role, some of your main responsibilities will include;

  • Assisting with proposals
  • Creating project reports
  • Arranging meetings
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Project Work
  • General administration duties including invoicing, occasional email and diary management as well as travel arrangements

Graduate Administrator Experience

Our client is currently seeking an administrator to join their close-knit team who all provide support to the Consultants. This role would be the perfect opportunity for anyone who is really keen to build on their experience within an administration role and build on their professional career. The organisation is collaborative and supportive of their clients and staff alike. The exposure to various projects and clients in this position is vast!

Our client is seeking a passionate, efficient and committed individual who is keen to build on their experience. Previous administration experience is preferable, although a motivated and proactive attitude are essential. A sound knowledge of MS Office is also essential for the success of this role.
