A client of ours, a global Property Development Company, are seeing an Office Manager/PA to join their team in Central London. The person in this role will be responsible for the smooth daily running of the office and duties will include, but in no way will be restricted to:

• Managing diaries
• Booking travel both local and international
• Arranging meetings and conference calls
• Creating itineraries and agendas
• First point of contact for the London office
• Ensuring the office upkeep is to excellent standards
• Ad hoc administration 

The idea candidate for this role will be a self-starter, self-sufficient and extremely organised. You must be eager to learn and have a flexible and friendly approach to both work and people as well as being adaptable to change with excellent attention to detail.
