A fantastic client of ours, a growing property consultancy company based in the City, are looking for a PA to support one of the company founders. They are looking for someone who can provide Private and Business support along with general office administrative and accounting support where duties will include: 

• Maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, organising meetings
• Booking transport and accommodating, restaurants, lunch meetings etc.
• Preparing client requirements and briefing documents
• Overseeing project duration on the administration side
• Producing and logging all sales and purchase invoices

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organisation skills as well as the ability to stay calm under pressure. You must be able to work alone as well as part of a team and be prepared to take responsibility and act on your own initiative. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and developing team.
