Interior Design Company based in Central London

New Exciting Opportunity to join an Interior design company based in Shoreditch.
This is an exciting time to join the company as they are expanding their Customer Care Operations and are looking for new talent to join the team!

Do you love customer service but hate working in face to face roles? Passion for interior design or fashion?
I am currently looking to speak to anyone who answers yes to both.

The role is Customer Care Advisor for a leading interior design company based in Shoreditch.
This role requires an assessment centre with the client where you can show off your skills on Friday 15th February 11:30 - 13:30.

The morning will include the client selling their business to you, a small scenario in pairs and finally you taking something that you own in your own home to answer the questions Why this item? What does it mean to you? If you had to recommend this item how would you describe it?

The role is an on-going temporary position paying £10 per hour including holiday pay
The role itself will include dealing with customers over the phone and email dealing with order chasing, statues queries, missing orders and all other customer enquiries.

You will need to be able to think on your feet and be a fast and effective problem solver.
The role will be starting next week (Monday 18th)
