Brand Team Assistant – PR Co!

Our client is an incredibly dynamic PR Agency with award winning clients and unrivalled campaigns alongside a culture of fun and excellence. Based in sensational offices in London’s Bankside you have the City of London at your fingertips!

The role is a varied Team Assistant position; primarily supporting the Brand Team and looking after the welfare of the working community as a whole.

Specifically you will assist the Brand Team, providing PA support to the 3 Directors, organising their travel and processing expenses as well as setting up workshops. You will support the team with any requests that come through and be that absolute go-to across the teams. There will be a chance to get involved in events across the team and you will be a first point of contact for clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is super proactive and organised to take on this busy and varied role.

Crucially you will be a big part of working across the Brand Community by organising Socials, Brainstorming and other Events, help with junior on boarding and assist with the administration regarding Resource Management. You’ll be a bright spark 2nd jobber with experience of PR, Brands or other fast paced media environments, working to tight deadlines and delivering on multiple tasks. You’ll have a strong writing style and the ability to organise biographies and case studies when required.
