VWA has just taken on a fantastic HR Advisor role with an established luxury brand; this is still a growing businesses which offers employees career progression. Our client is now seeking a customer-focused candidate with a background in HR and looking to join a collaborative team.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, your role as HR Advisor will be broad and cover Employment Relations and HR. Responsibilities will be varied and include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for employees
  • Supporting the on-boarding process
  • Monitor employee probation check ins and expiry
  • Addressing performance concerns efficiently
  • Manage off-boarding process
  • Work with the Recruitment Partners and seeking ways to promote the brand
  • Providing advice to employees on queries and issues in line with Company policy
  • Creating and updating policies to support HR processes
  • Manage employee relations
  • Update the team on changes within employment law
  • Occasional travel to other offices around the UK and internationally.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in a generalist role and will have experience in dealing with Employment Relations cases. For this HR Advisor position, you will be naturally proactive and able to build relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

You must be degree-educated and a CIPD qualification (or working towards) would be ideal.

Salary will be based on prior experience between 35-40K.
