One of London’s most high-end offices are seeking an experienced and reliable Team PA to provide crucial support to their team on a temporary basis. You may be required for a duration of 2 - 4 weeks.

Your duties:

• Diary and inbox management
• Responding to and resolving enquiries (via phone, email)
• Travel arrangements and creation of itineraries
• Taking meeting minutes and refreshing meeting rooms
• Meeting and greeting visitors and operating the switchboard
• Other ad-hoc administration work supporting projects

You will be a highly professional Personal/Team Assistant that is well-presented with an outstanding work ethic. Your excellent verbal and written skills will be portrayed in your articulate, confident phone manner. Our client are looking for an experienced PA or Team Assistant that has proven experience of supporting a team within a professional services environment. Strong IT skills and an ability to work autonomously are essential, in addition being fully capable of juggling multiple tasks whilst always meeting deadlines.
