The role-
- You will manage the complete set up of the brand-new office and Reception desk.
- Relationship building to set up office contracts as well as manage the facilities and maintenance.
- Manage the office supplies, expenses and invoices.
- Work closely with high profile board members and managing meeting rooms to the highest standard.
- Managing the office operations.
