What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Group Managing Director

Key duties:

• Support the MD with business and personal objectives
• Organise, coordinate diverse and complex workloads.
• Diary management over multiple time zones, ensuring the MD is well prepared and works within practical time schedules.
• Coordinate business activities with direct reports.
• Organise business travel including; flights, hotels, car bookings, and visas. Compile agendas, carry out research, draft reports and presentations
• Manage the company's Human Resource processes; including recruitment and termination, reviews and performance plans
• Line management responsibility for the office support staff
• Responsible for the co-ordination of the company's reporting timetable
• Personal, Livery/Charitable and Trade Association work for MD
• Ad hoc work for the Sales Directors & Finance Director.

Background and experience: A approachable and confident EA with at least 3 years experience supporting at Senior level is required for this superb EA role. The MD is amenable and charming and very supportive. Exposure to HR would be an added bonus.
