Role
Oz Management is looking to hire a Team Assistant with several years’ experience, ideally within a banking, investment management, private equity or hedge fund environment. This is a permanent role to cover the 2-3 teams that also include a Partner and MDs. This is a high profile and demanding role that requires initiative and professionalism. You need to be able to prioritize, work well under pressure and be flexible. We are looking for a bright, positive and enthusiastic individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and screening phones
- Diary management; arranging meetings and conference calls involving different time zones across busy diaries
- Organizing all travel arrangements: flights, hotels, cars, visas
- Completing monthly expense reports
- Compliance related logs and pre-clearances (e.g. gifts & entertainment)
- Other ad hoc admin needs e.g. printing, binding, scanning, filing, entering business cards, keeping holiday records
- Working as part of the admin team to provide cover for the whole of the office including the reception as necessary
Key Skills
- Organised, thoughtful, enthusiastic, accurate, discreet, team player, flexible, proactive
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (including formulas)
- Proficient in use of Word and Outlook
Qualifications
- 5+ years of previous work experience in office administration
- Experience managing multiple calendars and organizing meetings, travel, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task

Hours: 8:30 am – 6.00pm (although flexibility required)
