A polished and highly organised bilingual Private PA with perfect fluency in French is sought after to join a loyal and dedicated support network of a very entrepreneurial UHNWI in a fantastic opportunity in which you get to work abroad (every other month) working from various locations including Greece, Paris, LA and Monaco to work in tandem with the Principals' private Chief of Staff becoming an important link between the principal and their professional affairs whilst taking on a wider scope of responsibility.

This truly is a once in a lifetime opportunity which requires French speaking Private PA who is naturally a self-starter, flexible to adapt and to the traveling required whilst being able to hit the ground running from the get-go and would suit an French speaking PA with a proven Private PA background as you will be supporting this dutiful Principal in both private matters and as well as their diverse businesses interests and the family's charitable foundation. You will work one month abroad and one month in London allowing you to still have a good work/life balance; the Principal is also very respectful of your evening and weekends although you will need to be on call in the case of emergencies.


Profile

  • First class written and verbal communications skills in both French and English
  • A proven bilingual Private PA /Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant / EA/ PA/ travelling PA background with perience of supporting HNWI's / UHNWI's
  • Flexible and happy to travel and work abroad every other month
  • Fluency in a 2nd language such as German, Greek, Italian or Portuguese would be beneficial
  • Highly organised, able to manage your own workload and work independently
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously within a short time frames.
  • Impeccable first-class organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to deal with highly confidential information
  • A passion for the Arts world and culture
  • Strong numerical and MS Office
