PA to Managing Director

This fabulous advertising agency are seeking a PA to look after their Managing Director.  Based in their funky central offices in the heart of Soho, this very slick medium sized firm are seeking a true PA, ideally someone with a secretarial qualification to provide secretarial and PA support to their Boss.  You will be organising his travel, his ever changing busy diary and managing his inbox. Your Boss travels frequently and requires someone to provide lots of research and finding the best hotels and restaurants in Europe.  Your boss is great fun, works 24/7 but doesn't expect you to and is a big personality.  He has an amazing reputation in the advertising world and requires someone to ensure he sticks to his diary and doesn't forget meetings! This is a fantastically sociable office, with a very relaxed dress code and the emphasis is on creative juices rather than the right attire. You must have at least three years office experience ideally be a graduate, love being a PA and have a bubbly outgoing and robust personality.
